Increasing your muscle endurance
The reason exercising your PC muscles works is that anxiety such as fear, anger, shame, and other kinds of emotional distress are stored in your muscles. When you are frightened, for example, your shoulder tense up, the same thing happens with the PC muscles. Especially if you store some amount of sexual shame, which most of us do. The problem with the PC muscles is that they are located in very delicate area. (If you have not already read the section on the ejaculation trainer then I recommend you do after this section).
When you start exercising your PC muscles, before you get them in good shape, there might be short in-between time where the problem even gets a little worse. If this happens you can be sure that you are on the right track. And you should defiantly keep on exercising because when you get over that hill the results will be better than ever.
Other thing about exercising the PC muscles is that many men that suffering from premature ejaculation will never get full hard on. This is most often caused by anxiety and can be part of what leads to premature ejaculation. PC muscles exercises have always been proven to increase the blood flow to the penis making it harder and stronger erection.
So how does this work? The Kegel exercise strengthens the pubococcygeus (PC) muscles. The PC muscles control the flow of both urine and semen. In order to locate the muscles you simply need to urinate. When you are at top speed, stop the flow. The muscles that do this are your PC muscles. Once you locate them, tighten them hold for a count of ten and then relax the muscles. Continue this action 10 times. Build up as you would any exercise. The great part of this exercise is that you can perform it anywhere and no one knows. Once you've practiced and strengthened the muscles, use the exercise in action. Clamp them down when you feel you're about to climax. It's an effective method of control.
