Creating mental finesse as I like to call it is not a simple task and, in some cases, can be completely odd. If I was to explain it in only a few words then I would simply say that all you simply do is take your mind away from what you are doing whilst in the act and thus you remove the sensitivity and stop yourself from reaching premature ejaculation.

We all know that to beat premature ejaculation it takes a lot more will power then a person can translate into words. Firstly there is the mental image trick, this is simply where you picture something that is non sexual that actually turns you off almost. Things such as remembering an accident, thinking of biting into a mouldy apple or ‘Margaret Thatcher on a cold day’ as you hear on the television. The key to this trick is that you don’t start doing this when your in but you do it when ever you feel anxious all the way up to before you enter until entering.

Although it may seem plausible closing your eyes will make it harder to concentrate. Instead go for a spooning position and look around the room making critical judgements and thinking of ways you could improve the place if you had the money... As you can see the aim of the mental battle game is to stop all your feelings that lead to premature ejaculation and to not let yourself feel the full extent of the sensation.

As a side note here do not go out and try this technique as if it’s a magic incantation instead pull out some 18+ rated movies and masturbate yourself close to the point of no return and then switch your mind to things around the room whilst going at a slow speed. If your doing this right you should start to loose your hardness you then need to re awaken your eyes to what in front of you, get turned up again (make sure your only loosing a slight amount of hardness and not going semi hard). Keep doing this and try getting closer and closer each time before changing. If the sounds of the women is what triggers you try with the sound off and only using visual and then slowly building up the volume till its up to an easy to hear setting.

Another trick of the mental game is the pain game, in this technique you stop the lead up to premature ejaculation by biting your lip (not hard but by applying pressure) or by pushing down your thumb with the same hands fingers. The pain will stop the sensation (in most cases, you may find a new fetish during this) as pain is prioritised over reproduction in our human evolution.
